be sure that you meet the following requirements when submitting artwork
and digital files. If you require design work, please ask one of our associates.
Layout
Try to include a hardcopy with every job, so that problems
cannot be overlooked.
Support Files
Include all linked files on disk
Fonts Include all fonts used on disk (or create outlines/convert
to curves)
Color Convert all images to CMYK Specify all PMS colors
Media Iomega
Zip CD DVD Floppy
Disk E-mail
Image Resolution
72dpi - If your layout is scaled to final output size. 1000dpi
- If your layout is scaled to 1"=1'
Finishing
Indicate how you want your final print to be finished (hem
& grommett, pockets, sewn edges, etc.)
Final Check Open file from disk to make sure everything pulls up
the way you want it printed. If all of these things are checked
we are ready to print your job!
