Q. Can I get more than 1 color text?
A. We can add additional colors to your banner text. Due to the extra production time there will be a charge associated with this. A fee of $20.00 will be added for additional colors.

Q. Can I get a custom size not shown on the website?
A. Yes, just let us know what size you need and we will be glad to help you.

Q. Do the banners have holes for hanging?
A. Yes. The banners have grommets every 3-4 feet depending on the size of the banner.

Q. Will I get a proof?
A. We make every attempt to send your proof the day of the order, no later than next business day.

Q. What if I don't get my proof on time?
A. In the event that you do not receive your proof on time please call us immediately at 1-866-825-4735. There may have been a problem with the email or we did not receive the order.

Q. How long will it take to get my banner?
A. We will usually get your banner out the day after proof approval. Shipping will take from 2-5 business days depending on where you are located. Generally you should expect to receive your banner within 2-5 business days.

Q. How do I store my banner?
A. You should roll your banner with the print out and store it in the shipping container . Do not fold the banner and keep it out of extreme heat. Using these guidelines should keep your banner in good shape for years.
